I am the Director of Enterprise programs at Lithium. Today I serve in the capacity of Analytics product manager and report into the Client Services department. I am a former community admin/program manager, past sales guy and even was trusted to write a few lines of code back in the day and joined the Lithium team from a prior role in customer loyalty with a focus on leveraging social media.
