Can anyone advise on how to load an "example submission" for a contest? If I go to Admin > XX Contest > Discussion Styles > Contests, I see "Contest Home content" as an field, with the help text of "example content". How do I load an example image for this image contest?

We are looking to turn on the Helpfulness rating in our TKB, but we do not want to ask users for feedback if they deem an article unhelpful. Is there any way to turn this off?

Thanks @lilim! Did you find a way to automatically remove all other roles from the user, or did you have to enter each manually when creating the rank? It would be cool if there was a "remove all" options, or something like that. :)

I am creating a "Retired" rank for users within our community who are no longer with the company, but whose content shouldn't be removed. Can anyone advise on what rank position this should have? Should it be in position 1? Thanks!
