What happened to the support landing page?

Before, if you weren't a lithium customer and you tried to access a support page it would take you to a landing page telling you that you need to be approved as a customer to access.

 

Now, however it just redirects to the lithosphere home page. Isn't this rather confusing? I'm assuming it's a bug...


At lot can be gained by being an end-user...

Just wanted to report it, so customers know what they have to do to get support Smiley Happy

 

Incidentally, I'm still being redirected to the home page on the about support page.
