We are pleased to announce that the new and improved Lithosphere is now live again!
Take a moment to check out the newly-structured, redesigned community, and let us know what you think here on the blog.
We have created a guide for everyone to help navigate the new structure and look forward to engaging with everyone. You can check out the latest hot fixes and updates here.
And here's a few words from our CEO, @PeteH.
(view in My Videos)
Feels a lot cleaner & modern. Glad to see the Lithosphere name back Good work on the community @AndyK and all those involved, I know first hand how much effort it can take.
I'm sure there will be a few kinks to iron out over the coming days, like moving into a new house and decorating.
The new structure feels more natural.
Looks great! Of course I want to know how much of it was customized or if there are any items in the new Lithosphere that are from a future lithium community release.
It's great to have the Lithosphere back!
I love the focus on products versus discussion styles. Searching for content across the entire community has become much more intuitive.
The return of the Lithosphere. Yay! I've been calling it that anyway, so...
Congrats Andy, Eric, and all the others who were involved in the relaunch.
Hi @AndyK Community is looking Great now.
Few Modifications :
There is no visual indicator that you have clicked Kudo either. I accidentally removed support from a couple of ideas this morning because there was no difference between the look when you had already kudo'd.
As a Jive-X user I still struggle with the Lithium format. And now with the change I couldn't easily find how to raise a case in the Case Portal. Searching 'Case Portal' took me to a whole lot of old info.
I just want to go back to the Jive Family instead of being stuck in no mans land.
I understand the sentiment of dealing with a design change but give it a few days of use and it will be more familiar. Unless the process is different for Jivers, simply click on the hamburger menu at the top left of Lithosphere, click on Support Center which will open the sub-menu where the link to the case portal is.
Thanks @CyJervis. Yes I totally appreciate I'll get used to it, as I would expect my Community members to get used to changes I make in my JX community.
I guess I was just showing my frustration at still not really knowing how a Lithium community works compared to a JX one
