Debug language "key" available in profile settings

My Settings -> Preferences -> Prefernce Options ( http://lithosphere.lithium.com/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/user-preferences )

The "Language" dropdown offers a language labelled "key" which turns every string into it's string key, similar to the studio's Toolbelt. Not sure if this should be on Lithosphere production
