Avatar - what is image size?

Hi there, I uploaded a photo and have set to use as my avatar, but it is square and the image size for avatars is a rectangle?  Can you give me the specific pixel size and recommended resolution?

Our standard sizes conform to a 16:9 ratio, except for the favicon size (which is cropped version created from the 16:9 version).

"Message" size: 64x36 pixels
Used in forum messages.

"Profile" size: 128x72 pixels
On the view user profile page.

"Favicon" size: 16x16 pixels
Used as the favicon on the view user profile page, and other places when small avatars are used (TKB contributor list, etc.)

Is this the size for Avatars in this Community or is it the size for all Avatars in the Lithium Communities overall?
