No matter what your business is, we all win with our customers. They're expressing themselves online (among other places) and you can't pretend you don't see it. Big brands can't respond to every single tweet but they should be watching for early indicators of what's bubbling up around their brand and address that publicly. If you're still asking the question "Why do I need to invest in social media?", it’s time to go back to listening to your customers and really consider the benefits of their feedback
Wow! Lithium’s newly formed Asia-Pacific Team has been very busy in the past week weeks. As we officially launched our APAC operations, we visited cities across the region -- from Singapore to Shanghai to Doha to Sydney.
My arugula obsession began at Giovanni's Pizza, a nifty little operation tucked inside of Club Deluxe. It's not hard to tell why my friends and I frequent the place – who doesn't love a neighborhood spot with live music where they squeeze fresh grapefruit juice for greyhounds? Giovanni makes pizza's in the back and always stops to say hi, kissing all the girls once on each cheek.
Changes are afoot in the Lithosphere Customer Ideas area and the first update is in place: a new statuses and workflow scheme.
We strive for rich and persistent interaction with our customers as part of our commitment to the agile scrum product development methodology -- it's what helps Lithium and our customers stay competitive and engaging.
