I want to extend a huge thanks to everyone who made our Sydney launch event such a stellar success. The dinner, held June 26, 2012 at Sydney's Rockpool Bar & Grill, brought together some of Australia's biggest brands across industries as diverse as banking, telco and nonprofit for an evening of great food, networking and conversation around social customer experience. What a terrific way to mark the official opening of our Australia-New Zealand office here!

 Do Superfans really exist?

You bet! In fact, they're nothing new. They are the tireless, passionate, motivated tiny few who focus a lot of energy on helping others.

But don't be fooled by their scant numbers—this very small percentage of the population can drive enormous growth and real change.
