Updated navigation for Lithosphere

Navigation

The black navigation bar now offers drop down menus which will allow you to quickly navigate around the different Lithosphere areas in a more granular way, no matter where you are. Your experience will be based on your current access and may differ from others.  

You will have to be logged in to take full advantage of the navigation as it is based on your personal permissions.

Recent changes to Lithosphere support area 

The product support area has also been going through a set of updates. These include clear steps that guide you through an improved self-service experience:

• step 1: review the wealth of information
• step 2: search our knowledge base - the scope of the search has been expanded to include all TKB's (vice isolated to the support TKB's)
• step 3:  post a thread or idea -  a direct link to Ideas has been added
• documentation (docs) and tutorials (training) have been moved back into the Support area from the Customer area.
• the support schedule has been expanded to include 7 countries.

Glad to see these changes, Paul.  I especially like how these navigation elements will drop you right into certain categories.  An awesome improvment / addition.

Thanks @Jake. There are a host of additional updates on the way from the team working on the Lithosphere. This ranges from both design tweaks (some more radical than others) to some new functionality and also some changes in internal resourcing to better align with how our audiences (customers, partners and employees) are using the Lithosphere.
