Hi all! As you will have seen, our Social Media Monitoring (SMM) team (formerly known as Scout Labs) is now fully integrated into the Lithosphere, and we are DELIGHTED to have them with us.

If you're new to Lithium or are just looking around, there are a number of resources right now at your fingertips, for everything to do with the Social Media Monitoring product.

• We have the team's blog which has all the info from Release Notes to How To's as well as insight from the team 

• If you have a general question, then the public forum is a great place to go

• and if you are a current customer, then we have a dedicated Q&A board too if you have very specific usage questions

You'll need special permissions to access this board (its in our Discuss tab under the Customer category) if you don't have access let your Lithium SMM account manager or the support team know.

JulieAH, DeAnnaR and Erinkoro are all here, and you'll also hear from JenniferZ, our chief social strategist too.

I don't have access to the blog or SMM board. How can I obtain this access, will I have to go through my community manager, I would not want to change my role permissions just to access this info. Please advise.
