Here are some updates for the Lithosphere this week.

 

Users Online

  • It's now possible to 'View All Users' online again. Link restored to the homepage

Ideas

  • Working with the Product Management Team there is a new set of statuses and a process around the management of customer ideas. Watch for a blog from JeffSp next week outlining the new process for management of ideas as they come in and how we triage and update feedback.
  • We have also updated the submission guidelines for submitting ideas

Support Cases

  • If you submit support cases, you will see an update in the submission form. We have modified four of the case creation fields to now be required information instead of optional. These are 'steps to reproduce', 'expected behavior', 'actual behavior' and 'browser/OS'.  These pieces of information are critical for the support team in providing the fastest case resolution time possible.
